The Pasadena Marketing Office, located in the PIK area, serves as a hub for showcasing and promoting the latest home designs in the Pasadena PIK vicinity. It doubles as a space for real estate transactions, providing potential buyers with the opportunity to explore show units and engage in a more casual setting.
The architectural design adopts a modern contemporary natural theme, adapting the shape of three. These contemprorary style trees are created as the main anchor to attract visitors on a macro scale and also symbolizing the source of life for all creatures. Just like a home provides shade and shelter for humans. Hence, the lighting aims to emphasize the concept of the "Tree of Life.”
Crafted to imitate nature, the environment of this marketing office features a lot of trees and rocks. The lighting design is purposefully tailored to accentuate these natural elements, producing a tranquil and comfortable ambiance for visitors throughout the marketing office, cafe, and show units.
In addition to the natural concept, the marketing office embraces the concept of transparency to attract visitors by using lighting that appears brighter from the inside, creating a display-like effect. This approach is similar to a store's window display, where people are more inclined to look inside and see what is being offered. This design concept will encourages visitors to enter the marketing office without hesitation, as they can immediately see and learn more about the activities and information.
